Having low self-esteem means that you often think negatively about yourself and lack confidence in your abilities. Therapy is a powerful approach for increasing these qualities. Clients undergoing the therapeutic process typically begin to see themselves as “more okay, more deserving, more capable”
(McKay & Fanning, 2016, p. 2).
Chronic Illness and pain
People with chronic sickness and pain feel isolated, frustrated, diminished self-worth and often helpless as they go through their daily struggles. Therapy offers a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where individuals can freely talk about their fears, frustrations, and grief over the changes to their health.

Active coping is a strategy individuals employ to effectively manage stress and deal with difficult situations.

Traumas PTSD CPTSD
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can occur when someone experiences a scary event or serious injury. This can be a one-off event or ongoing traumas. This disorder can affect multiple parts of a person’s life, from relationships with loved ones to performance at work. Sadly, PTSD is not understood well, and is regarded an invisible disability.

Inner Child Issues
The consequences of a wounded inner child and those early years of pain must be heard. When you lose conscious awareness of your inner child, you lose awareness of a part of yourself. You may experience difficulty regulating your emotions and act from a regressed state when upset. With help, you can get to know the emotional hurt of the child and finally heal and embrace an authentic life.
Empaths & Highly Sensitive People
A highly sensitive person (HSP) experiences the world differently from others. Due to biological differences that they’re born with, they are more sensitive and process information deeply. Empaths are highly aware of the emotions of those around them, to the point of feeling those emotions themselves. They’re more prone than others to stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Their path to healing is unique, and that's why my TLC therapy approach for empaths and highly sensitive individuals is specifically tailored .
